Yes, We always try to maintain the freshness of flowers. We never use old or Stale Flowers for deliveries. Our all merchants has strict instruction that they only have to use fresh flowers for customer.

Accordingly to our privacy policies, our team will initiate your refund within 10-15 working days after the date of your order cancellation. And our team will also inform you about the refund status, once your refund will be initiated.
Under the standard time slot, you have the option to select the time frame of 4 hours. Our team will try to deliver the product under your selected time slot. But it’s not like fixed time slot. Your order might be deliver little delayed or little earlier from your selected time slot. And you don’t need to pay any extra charges for Standard time slot.
